Extended Stay America San Francisco - Belmont

The full kitchen & size of room is worth the price. It was clean & plenty of parking. The only discrepancy came with the check in. I had called ahead for a late night check in. They had given me directions for the lock boxes which would hold the key to my room. I had arrived a little earlier than expected only to find that my room key was not in the lock box. When I called the after an hour, # on the phone next to the lock boxes, no one answered. I thought that it may be due to the fact I had arrived earlier than expected. I decided to go and get a bite to eat & when I returned, the lockbox still would not work. I proceeded to call again, this time a man picked up. They stated that the lock boxes were broken. When asked why no one was there previously, they had no reply. The next morning I went downstairs to talk to the day clerk and was informed that the lockboxes did work and that the late night clerk was a female and that someone should be there to pick up any calls. ...read more

The hotel was easy to find, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Nice to have a little kitchen. However, it was a bit further from San Francisco than we had expected.

Good for family travel.

The room was updated and clean. It had a small kitchnette with a full size refrigerator. The wall unit for the heating and air worked properly. It was a nice room for the price.

In a quiet location near factories and warehouses, but very close to the freeway. The staff is not friendly when you ask question or directions. There is no breakfast provided as they tell you that their rooms have a kitchen where you can cook your own food. If you are wanting to check out before 7am, they is no staff to help you.
